In December 2023 our office implemented a big change to our online client portal with the introduction of TAXDOME. A sophisticated, secure online file exchange with the abilities to improve customer service and increase turn around time. After hearing clients positive feedback, we believe it's done just that! With features like instant messaging, appointment scheduling, improved document access, and online tax organizer, it helped improve efficiency and reduce tax season stress for everyone! We also had Winona Rottie on staff as our designated "Rott-filer" and door greeter. She loved meeting clients and making new friends!
Office hours are by appointment only, Monday - Thursday, and we're closed on Fridays, May - August.
